Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Operations Supervisor
to join our branch in Cairo. Reporting directly to the
Head of Operations
, you will play a key role in supervising the operations team, coordinating with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring smooth execution of all travel services for both corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and guide the operations team to deliver excellent service across all travel products (Flight, accommodation, transportation, car rentals, chauffeur services, insurance, etc.).
  • Act as a point of contact with suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Handle M.I.C.E requests (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), including group bookings, land arrangements, and event support.
  • Assist in negotiating supplier agreements, rates, and terms.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with finance regarding supplier payments and credit lines.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, refunds, or unforeseen issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and update sales records, bookings, and travel documentation, including visa requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR in onboarding and training new staff members.
  • Represent the company at travel fairs, roadshows, and familiarization trips when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience
    in tourism, travel operations, or hospitality (with at least 2 years in a supervisory role).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A strong expertise in Amadeus is required (Knowledge of other GDS (Sabre, Galileo, etc.) will be considered a bonus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
