Sales Operation Supervisor
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Development
Sector, located in Moqattam.

Role Description

  • Supervise the
    day-to-day sales operations
    , ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.
  • Monitor
    lead flow, booking forms, and deal registrations
    , ensuring all transactions comply with company policies.
  • Ensure proper
    tracking of payments, unit availability, and commission calculations
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • From
    3
    to
    5
    years of experience in
    sales operations
    , including at least
    2 years
    in the
    Real Estate (MUST).
  • Strong understanding of
    real estate sales documentation, booking procedures, and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
