Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Operations Coordinator at Wonder Travel. The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day logistics of travel bookings, coordinate with service providers, ensure smooth execution of tours, and handle client communications. The role involves supporting operations management processes, providing administrative assistance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to oversee logistical and operational tasks effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, efficiency optimization, and decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and service providers professionally and clearly.
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on ensuring a positive client journey and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related field is preferred.
