Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly - managing schedules, organizing travel, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day logistics that keep the CEO focused on what matters most.
This role suits someone who's steady, reliable, and detail-oriented - ideally with 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
What You'll Do
Manage calendars and meetings – Plan, schedule, and prepare for meetings to ensure smooth coordination across teams and external partners.
Handle travel arrangements – Book flights, hotels, transport, and manage itineraries for domestic and international travel.
Provide administrative support – Prepare documents, process expenses, organize files, and manage correspondence.
Take meeting notes and follow-ups – Capture key decisions and next steps to ensure proper follow-through.
Act as a communication bridge – Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality – Handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
Support with personal admin as needed – Assist with occasional personal logistics or tasks to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.
What You'll Need
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills - you should be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without overwhelm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Notion, and Slack.
Professionalism, discretion, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Reliability and consistency - someone who ensures things get done without constant supervision.
Flexibility to support travel coordination and occasional after-hours communication when required.
