Role Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to the CEO for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling day-to-day communication. Additional duties include ensuring efficient operations by managing administrative workflows, supporting the CEO in achieving organizational goals, and serving as a key point of contact both internally and externally within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong organizational abilities in managing Calendaring and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage
