The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation within our organisation by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • The Executive Admin Assistant will be responsible for the followings:
  • Providing executive administrative assistance and support to the Vice president.
  • Preparing minutes of meeting.
  • Managing the directors calendar.
  • Liaising with functional departments
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the Vice president.
  • Travel arrangements and ability to travel abroad with the directors.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English with professional speaking skills.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration is OR commerce English department.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using office software tools, such as Microsoft word, excel sheets and presentation software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions and tasks
  • High Presentability with professional appearance.
