We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO in administrative and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience as an executive assistant, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The role combines office-based and field responsibilities, including meeting coordination, schedule management, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate local and international travel (flights, hotels, and logistics).
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare follow-up action points.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Draft, edit, and summarize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other productivity platforms to draft content, summarize emails, prepare meeting notes, and optimize workflows.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Track and remind the CEO of key deadlines, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Manage communication channels (emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentable and capable of representing the CEO in meetings and events.
  • Flexible to travel within and outside Egypt when required.
