Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, managing communication, and providing personal assistance to the CEO as needed.

We're Hiring: CEO Personal Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the CEO with 8+ years of experience—preferably in real estate or construction companies. The ideal candidate will provide executive-level support, ensure seamless communication, and help manage daily operations and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups on real estate and business projects

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Liaise with property developers, clients, and internal departments

Assist in organizing business trips, events, and property viewings

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

Previous experience in real estate or construction firms is highly preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters

Fluent in English
