to assist us in preparing developing and executing our company.

Working Hours :- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Days Off :- 2 days per week

Location :- Sheraton

Availability :- Start immediately

Responsibilities:-

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Translate documents, correspondence, and communications between English and Italian when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and professional correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the CEO with research, data collection, and project coordination.
  • Liaise with international partners, clients, and teams.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    (2–5 years)
    as an
    Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
    or similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian (Spoken and Written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
