)
to assist us in preparing developing and executing our company.
Working Hours :- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Days Off :- 2 days per week
Location :- Sheraton
Availability :- Start immediately
Responsibilities:-
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Translate documents, correspondence, and communications between English and Italian when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the CEO with research, data collection, and project coordination.
- Liaise with international partners, clients, and teams.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
(2–5 years)
as an
Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant
or similar role. - Fluency in both English and Italian (Spoken and Written) is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
