The Head of CEO Office acts as the right hand to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth execution of strategic, administrative, and operational priorities. This role bridges communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, manages high-impact initiatives, and represents the CEO when required. The position requires a confident, organized, and dynamic professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Manage the CEO's agenda, communications, travel, and strategic engagements.
- Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and reports for meetings, boards, and stakeholders.
- Act as the CEO's liaison with department heads, partners, and clients, ensuring decisions and actions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and follow up on key deliverables across departments.
- Represent the CEO in selected meetings and functions when delegated.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, board meetings, and leadership off-sites.
- Support the CEO in maintaining a strong organizational culture and high-performing leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive management, strategy, or supporting C-level leadership roles.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Confident communicator, comfortable representing executive leadership.
- Flexible, able to travel, and thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
