Senior Ecommerce Specialist

Job Location: Mohandiseen, Giza

Job Purpose:

To manage and enhance the company's online presence and sales performance across various e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for driving digital sales, optimizing product listings, managing online campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports the company's overall marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across all e-commerce platforms (company website, Jumia, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
  2. Monitor online sales performance and analyze traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
  3. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and sales.
  4. Coordinate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure accurate and attractive product presentation.
  5. Handle online promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  6. Monitor competitors' online activities and recommend pricing and positioning strategies.
  7. Manage customer feedback, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  9. Optimize SEO and product descriptions to increase organic reach and search ranking.
  10. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    5–10 years
    of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within
    consumer electronics or home appliances
    .
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller, Jumia Seller).
  • Experience with online advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads).
  • Excellent analytical skills using Google Analytics and sales dashboards.
  • Good understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
  • Solid communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
