Role: Senior SEO Specialist

Location:
Giza, Egypt (on site)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a
SEO Specialist
who will be responsible for driving force behind our SEO strategy and execution. As a seo specialist you will play a pivotal role in improving our visibility across search engines and optimizing our website for lead generation, organic growth, and increased conversion. Also you'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to to ensure the best SEO practices are integrated into our SaaS platform's content, structure, and performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap:
    Develop a quarterly SEO plan (tech + content + authority) mapped to business goals (Trials, Demos, SQLs).
  • Technical SEO:
    Audit and fix CWV, indexation, crawl budget, hreflang, international/language targeting, site architecture, schema, internal links, redirects, JS/SPA issues.
  • On-Page SEO:
    Build page briefs and optimize PLG pages (features, pricing, docs), landing pages for regulated industries, and blog clusters tied to ICP pains.
  • Content Engine:
    Drive pillar/cluster strategy (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), programmatic SEO where relevant, and guidelines for writers (English/Arabic).
  • Authority & Digital PR:
    Lead ethical link acquisition (partners, thought leadership, resource pages, PR), and coordinate with PR for news/mentions.
  • Analytics & Experimentation:
    Own GA4/GSC dashboards; run SEO A/B tests; set up tracking for demo/trial conversions; report weekly & monthly.
  • Localization/International SEO:
    Implement hreflang, local SERP tactics, and geo-specific landing pages for MENA & East Africa.
  • Cross-Functional:
    Work with Dev/UX for performance and UX improvements; brief designers; align with Sales on commercial intents and with Product on releases.
  • Governance:
    Build SEO playbooks, templates, and a scalable workflow with clear SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    hands-on SEO experience with
    SaaS
    companies and
    IT/Tech
    domains (cybersecurity experience is a big plus).
  • Proven wins in
    international SEO
    (hreflang, geo-targeting, language variants).
