Job Summary:

The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms. This role focuses on increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, managing online product listings, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update products, pricing, and content on the e-commerce website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely product launches and deliveries.
• Optimize website SEO and product descriptions to improve visibility and ranking.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns through online channels.
• Generate reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, digital marketing techniques, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Familiar with online platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Shopify and CRM)
• Experience with social media advertising and Google Ads.
• Understanding of logistics, inventory, and online payment systems.
