Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on the platform.

Enhance user experience and website design to boost sales.

Analyze performance data and generate reports.

Execute marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Coordinate with design, inventory, and logistics teams.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Perform data entry and update product content.

Propose new ideas and improvements for the website.

Collaborate with payment gateways and shipping providers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree .

Experience managing platforms like Shopify.

Solid understanding of digital marketing and analytics (Google Analytics).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.

Working Hours:

From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Friday and Saturday are days off.
