Position: Senior Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to join our team at SIC Marketing Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing social media strategies, content creation, community management, and paid social campaigns for a variety of clients.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing within a marketing agency.

Proven experience in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) for diverse brands.

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.

Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Experience in content direction and collaborating closely with creative teams (designers, copywriters, videographers).

Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Experience in the Saudi market is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.

Oversee the creation and publishing of engaging, high-quality content calendars.

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI and reach.

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.

Lead community management activities — responding to followers, managing feedback, and maintaining brand tone of voice.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and performance teams to ensure unified campaign delivery.

Support the team in pitching new ideas and social media innovations to clients.
