Overview

The
Social Media Specialist
will be responsible for managing customer interactions across social media platforms, handling inquiries and closing orders, coordinating with inventory and shipping teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp…)
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales and process orders professionally
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability before confirming orders
  • Follow up on shipments with courier partners until successful delivery
  • Manage comments and messages (moderation) and handle customer objections professionally
  • Address complaints and provide quick and effective solutions
  • Maintain positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field
  • (or relevant experience in retail customer service can be accepted)
  • Previous experience in customer service or online sales, preferably in fashion retail
  • Good understanding of inventory coordination and shipping processes
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Excellent written communication in Arabic (brand-appropriate tone)
  • Excellent command of English is a plus
