Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Giza, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in the field

Salary: Highly competitive – based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms.


• Plan and create engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.


• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and conversions.


• Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor ROI.


• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.


• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.


• Utilize specialized tools and programs relevant to the field to track, report, and enhance performance.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.


• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.


• Proficiency in social media management and analytics programs (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).


• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.


• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
