Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Personnel Coordinator, based in Heliopolis. The HR Personnel Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day human resources operations such as managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, administrating benefits, and supporting HR management processes. The role will also include maintaining employee records and assisting management in fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong capabilities in Employee Relations
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing HR Policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar HR role is an advantage
