Job Description:

We are looking for a
Personnel Specialist
to join our HR team and handle all personnel activities in compliance with labor law and company policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee files, attendance, social insurance, and all related documentation accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Handle all social insurance procedures (registration, updates, and termination).
  • Prepare and manage employees' contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave balances, and ensure accurate tracking of time-off.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports for HR management and governmental authorities when required.
  • Support audits and provide necessary HR-related documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding personnel and labor issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in personnel administration (preferably in retail or large organizations).
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
