HR Personnel Specialist

The HR Personnel is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department employee relations, payroll preparation, social insurance, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and letters.
· Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and other HR-related documentation
· Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, benefits).
· Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulation
· Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately.
· Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime and prepare monthly reports for payroll processing.
· Handle
all matters related to social and medical insurance

Qualifications:
·
1 year of experience in HR role personnel administration.
· English level excellent.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
· Strong knowledge of
labor law and social insurance procedures
