We are seeking a detail-oriented
HR Personnel Specialist
to serve as the backbone of our HR department. A successful candidate serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, ensures the smooth operation of daily HR operations, and plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of our employee experience.

What You'll Do:

Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee personnel files (both physical and digital) in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Manage social insurance (Forms 1, 2, and 6) and liaise with governmental labor offices.

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all hiring documents are collected and verified.
  • Coordinate the offboarding and exit process and procedures.

Operational Support:

  • Update and maintain HR information systems
  • Track and record employee attendance, annual leaves, sick leaves, etc.
  • Draft and review HR-related documents, such as employment contract renewals, HR letters, etc.
  • Contribute to drafting and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll variables

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Personnel Specialist is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with various HR processes, such as onboarding new hires, offboarding, and employee relations.
  3. Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
  4. Experience with HR software

  • Computer literacy (MS Office Applications)
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
