HR Personnel Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all procedures related to
    social insurance
    for new hires, resignations, and employee updates (Form 1, 2, and 6).
  • Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of
    social insurance payments
    and reports.
  • Manage
    medical insurance
    enrollment, renewals, and cancellations, and coordinate with insurance providers for claims and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including contracts, renewals, and personnel files in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Represent the company at the
    Labor Office
    and
    Social Insurance Office
    for inspections, documentation, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with
    Egyptian labor laws
    and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR and payroll teams by providing accurate personnel data.
  • Follow up on employee leaves, attendance, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
  • Handle employees' requests and respond to inquiries related to personnel matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in personnel or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Egyptian Labor Law
    ,
    Social Insurance Law
    , and
    Medical Insurance procedures
    .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with government authorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
