Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee files and personnel records.
  • Process
    S1, S2, S6 social insurance forms
    and ensure full compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate onboarding and collect hiring documents from new employees.
  • Handle offboarding procedures and prepare exit documents.
  • Manage attendance data and reports using
    ZK Software
    .
  • Coordinate with the medical insurance company for additions, removals, and claims.
  • Support payroll with monthly personnel inputs.
  • Provide employees with needed HR documents and respond to personnel inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Personnel or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance processes.
  • Good experience with
    ZK attendance system
    .
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
