Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist-Personnel, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and coordinating personnel operations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, assisting with training initiatives, fostering effective communication across teams, and supporting day-to-day HR functions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and core Human Resources frameworks
  • Proficiency in Training & Development to enhance employee skills and career progression
  • Excellent Communication skills to promote collaboration and address employee needs effectively
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain organized personnel records
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and experience in HR systems or software is an advantage
