Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring effective HR management. This role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing HR support to staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in similar position is a must
