Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee the recruitment process, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and support personnel management. They will act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure a productive and harmonious workplace, while fostering compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
  • Experience with HR Management, including recruitment and hiring coordination
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and incentive programs
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and team development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with local labor laws in Egypt is a plus
