Role Description
· Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
· Managing payroll cycles and related activities.
· Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes efficiently and accurately, and update the HR database accordingly.
· Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to personnel management.
· Coordinate with various departments to address HR-related inquiries and resolve employee issues.
· Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
· Support the onboarding activities and improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
· Manage employee benefits and respond to inquiries and complaints.
· Liaise with insurance providers and governmental entities (e.g., Social Insurance Office, Labor Office) to handle claims and ensure legal compliance.
· Prepare and process payments for governmental authorities.
· Support the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Payroll Administration, Payroll & Personnel Processing,
- 3–4 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- English is Good.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
