Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team .

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all technical implementations and support activities (remotely or on-site), as well as device configuration for networking, low current, and computing systems, including the following activities :

1. Installing Computers Systems (Operating Systems installation, special software, printers, tablets)

2. Configuring Light Current Systems (IP CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Multi zone and public address systems, Nurse call system, Fire alarm, Intrusion system, Digital Signage, IP Clocks)

3. Handling Technical Support Ticketing system and following the procedures to ensure the desired result

4. Preparing technical Configuration document according to work instructions and requirements including solution design description, statement of work, product datasheets.

  1. Configuring and Preparing low level design (LLD) for Network systems

6. Supervise technical installation team.

7. Conduct customer training

Qualifications


• BSc in Communications and electronics or Telecommunication or Mechatronics engineering or any related majors


• 2 - 5 years of experience.


• CCNA (Preferred)
