Position
Summary
The Head of Partnerships & Business Development will lead the strategy and execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. This senior role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in business development, sponsorship management, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies that drive revenue and market impact.

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure high-value partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Market Presence: Strengthen the organization's market position and visibility within the sports and lifestyle ecosystem.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.

Negotiation & Proposals: Create, present, and negotiate compelling sponsorship proposals and agreements.

Market Insights: Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and prepare regular performance and market reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).

8–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship management.

Strong understanding of sponsorship dynamics and brand partnership strategies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
