About the Role:

We're looking for
English-speaking Call Center Agents
to join the
Transcom
team. You'll handle customer calls, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience every time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer interactions professionally and courteously.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain call quality standards.
  • Accurately document customer information and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written
    English
    .
  • Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts.

Compensation:

  • Salary:
    18,000 EGP Net
  • Performance bonuses and allowances discussed during the hiring process.

  • Door-to-door transport for female agents after 10 PM.
