Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in 6 October, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Representative will manage daily customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to enhance customer satisfaction and experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, assisting with problem resolution, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and delivering timely and professional service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage and enhance Customer Experience and ensure high levels of Customer Service quality.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centered mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model combining on-site and remote work.
  • Prior experience in the financial or brokerage sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in financial markets or fintech, particularly in dealing with trading platforms, financial products, or digital payment technologies
