Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Back Office "Non-Voice/Voice" English Account role. The responsibilities include handling back-office operations, facilitating communication, and providing customer service support in English. Tasks also involve managing sales and assisting with financial operations to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of client accounts. Collaboration with internal teams and consistent delivery of high-quality service will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and familiarity with record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing client queries effectively in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance-related tasks and Sales skills to support client accounts and promote services.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in an office-based environment in a team-oriented setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a BPO environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
