Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BackOffice (voice & nonvoice) English/Morning Shift - Campaign 3M. Located in Cairo, the role involves daily tasks such as managing back office operations, handling voice and non-voice communication, and delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, the role will require the employee to coordinate with various departments to support finance and sales operations.

Qualifications

**Back Office (Voice & Non-Voice) English


• Morning shifts – Last shift ends 7pm


• 2 Days off: Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday


• Netsalary: 14K EGP


• Location: Abbassia
