Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office (Voice & Non-voice) | English B1+ position, located in Cairo. The responsibilities include managing back-office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, handling voice and non-voice support tasks, assisting customers, and providing excellent service. The role also involves effective communication with clients and colleagues to resolve queries and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
