Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Cairo. The responsibilities include performing day-to-day back office operations, managing correspondence, supporting sales and finance teams, and contributing to delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring efficient and accurate processing of data and coordinating with other departments to maintain operational flow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation management, and task prioritization
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with teams and address client needs
  • Knowledge of Finance and basic accounting processes
  • Familiarity with Sales processes and support
  • Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage
