Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk representative located in Qesm AEON towers, 6 October. The responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires maintaining a professional presence, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while adhering to the company's high standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Basic to advanced Computer Literacy
  • Professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
