Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Qesm Shebin El Kom. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for daily tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling clerical duties. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience and skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in office administration is a plus
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial
