Additionally, it helps individuals navigate emotional difficulties, including relationship and family conflicts, stress, self-esteem issues, and anger management. With a focus on evidence-based care, the center is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving better mental health and well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk professional located in Qesm El Zamalek. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, handling incoming calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Additional tasks involve maintaining organized records, performing general receptionist duties, and supporting the administrative team with day-to-day operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Demonstrated Computer Literacy, including proficiency in scheduling software and office tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in administration or a related field is desirable
