These services include trucking, storage in bonded and non-bonded facilities, material handling, and stevedoring. The company operates a fleet of 250 trucks and outsources approximately 700 additional trucks. Ostool serves clients across various industries, focusing on transporting raw materials such as coal, petroleum coke, grain, and cement. The company has recently expanded to provide logistics solutions for container transport and prides itself on exceptional management, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arab El Sheikh Zayed for a Front Desk and Office Admin. The Front Desk and Office Admin will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries. The role also involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining office supplies, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth office operations. The admin will be tasked with handling customer service-related tasks, assisting with accounting duties, and supporting other office staff as needed.

Ostool Transport and Logistics is looking for a Front Desk Officer and Office Manager to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
2. Greet and direct visitors professionally and courteously and coordinate visitor access and security procedures with building management.
3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
4. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and welcoming.
5. Support internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
6. Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
7. Manage their calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
8. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
9. Arrange travel itineraries, transportation, and hotel bookings for executives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree from any discipline.
· years of relevant experience.
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
· Proficiency in English is a Must
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Professional attitude and appearance.
