Responsibilities

Client Communications

· Greet and welcome clients warmly and in a friendly manner

· Provide comprehensive information about the clinic's services, treatments, and products

· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information to callers

· Handle client complaints or issues professionally and escalate if needed

Appointment Management:

· Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently

· Ensure optimal use of time and resources for appointment scheduling

· Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient client flow

· Record-Keeping and Payment Processing:

· Manage client records accurately and keep them up-to-date on the ODOO System

· Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register

Sales:

· Stay updated with the latest offers, beauty trends, treatments, and products

· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
