Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Cairo. The Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Responsibilities will include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs, and monitoring industry trends to discover areas for expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Building
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Proposal Writing, and Presentation Development
  • Experience with Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or another language is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering consultancy sector is highly preferred
