As Senior Total Rewards Specialist you will be mainly responsible for Handling the main activities of
Payroll
, E
xpenses
, and
HRIS
functions.

Payroll / Compensation:

  1. Receives monthly leaves and attendance data from ER section.

  2. Assists in the calculation of the
    Income Tax
    and the
    Social Insurance

figures.

  1. Uses the company's
    HRIS
    to enter the required data.

  2. Meets the payroll financial standards by providing
    annual budget

information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances, implementing corrective actions.

  1. Updates records by reviewing and entering changes in exemptions,

insurance changes, deductions, paid time not worked, status, and pay; calculating vacation earned.

  1. Assist in the preparation of the monthly pays by verifying time records; calculating and producing checks or electronic transfers, calculating and producing quarterly incentive bonuses.

  2. Receives vendors' invoices regularly and releases vendors' monthly payment.

  3. Provides employees with the HR Letters upon their request.

Employees' benefits:

  1. Identifies market trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.

  2. Implements compensation packages and bonuses' programs that align with the company's strategic direction.

  3. Renews our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employees' needs and market surveys data.

  4. Receives employees' travel requests (Local and International), pays the required allowance.

  5. Assists in the calculation of the annual profit share.

  6. Calculates the annual vacations settlements.

HRIS:

  1. Communicates with the HRIS vendor to customize the needed reports.

  2. Facilitates the implementation of HRIS through communicating with the different departments / functions (e.g. IT internal systems, Infra Ops. Etc.)

  3. Receives employees' requests to grant the HR portal accesses.

  4. Reports HR portal issues to the concerned HRIS vendor and ensures taking the corrective (and preventive) actions if needed.

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Experience and Skills):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR is highly preferred.
  • Microsoft excel is a must.
  • Tax portal practical knowledge is a must.
  • SAP (SF & HCM) is highly preferred.
  • Data Analytics & visualization tools are preferred.
