connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring "Total Rewards Analyst" in Sheikh Zayed, Egypt, for one of the top 3 leading real estate developers in Egypt, recognized for developing world-class, lifestyle-focused communities across Cairo and beyond.

Job Scope

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the Compensation & Benefits function in designing, analyzing, and implementing reward strategies that ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance.

The role covers data analysis, reporting, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration, supporting the company's reward policies and HR systems.

Job Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics within large organizations.


• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data tools.


• Experience in salary surveys, pay benchmarking, and benefits management.


• Solid understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay).


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluency in English is a must.


• Candidates residing on the West side of Cairo are preferred.


• Previous experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, telecom, or consulting industries is a plus.
