We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Horeca to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Horeca market, including key trends and consumer preferences. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the food service sector. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. In addition to managing a team of sales representatives, you will be tasked with analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling them to effectively present our offerings to clients and close deals. Your role will also involve organizing promotional events and participating in trade shows to enhance visibility and showcase our products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the Horeca sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve set targets and enhance performance.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyzing data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demands and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the Horeca or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Horeca market and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to perform at their best.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
