Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
As our HoReCa Sales Manager, you will be the face of Delimore in the market. You won't just manage accounts; you'll build empires. Your core mission is to develop and execute a winning sales strategy that deepens our presence and makes Delimore the go-to partner for the region's leading foodservice establishments.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Hunt & Farm:
Actively prospect and sign new high-value clients while nurturing and growing our existing portfolio of hotel chains, restaurant groups, and catering services. - Build Culinary Partnerships:
Go beyond the sale. Become a trusted advisor by understanding your clients' menus, challenges, and ambitions. - Craft Deals that Delight:
Negotiate contracts and develop tailored solutions that create undeniable value for both your clients and Delimore. - Champion the Brand:
Be the passionate voice of our product portfolio, conducting tastings, presentations, and training sessions. - Drive Market Strategy:
Provide key market intelligence to help shape our product development and marketing strategies.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- A proven track record of smashing sales targets in the HoReCa / Foodservice sector.
- A black book of contacts within the local hotel, restaurant, or café industry (let's talk numbers).
- The charm of a relationship-builder and the grit of a hunter.
- A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry. (You probably watch cooking shows for fun).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
