Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for our factory located in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the cement industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
