Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Cairo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include supervising and motivating the sales team, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
