About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Agent to join our team and ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback on the performance of customer service representatives (or other operational staff) to maintain consistency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • from 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Support

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
