Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role located in Giza. The Call Agent will handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recording and updating customer information, providing clear and accurate responses, and assisting with client needs to promote a positive experience. The role also involves maintaining professionalism and meeting defined performance metrics while adhering to company guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clarity in speaking and active listening abilities
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and patience when addressing customer concerns
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet performance targets
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with customer service tools and software
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with colleagues
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
