We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our products or services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present products and services over the phone
- Generate and qualify leads
- Close sales and meet sales targets
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up on previous customer interactions
- Handle customer objections and questions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Provide feedback on customer trends
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stress
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy
